Terms of Service
Last updated September 21, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the ARQ-DevTech website (“the site”), including the inquiry form, the AI chat assistant, and the feedback widget. They do not replace the written agreement we sign for a client project.
Agreeing to these terms
By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
About the site
The site presents ARQ-DevTech, a software development agency and developer portfolio. Its content is general information. Case studies and examples describe past work, and similar results aren’t guaranteed on a future project. We may change or remove content at any time.
Estimates and the AI assistant
Sending an inquiry or chatting with us does not create a client relationship or oblige either side to work together. Any price, timeline, or scope discussed through the form, the chat, or email before a written agreement is an estimate only.
The chat assistant is automated. It can make mistakes, and nothing it says is a quote, an offer, a contract, or professional advice. A project starts only when both sides agree in writing and any agreed deposit has been paid.
Client projects
Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes priority for the project it covers, including who owns the deliverables.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Probe, scan, or test the site’s security, or try to access systems or data you aren’t authorized to reach.
- Overload or disrupt the site, including with automated scraping or repeated requests.
- Submit false information, or personal data you have no right to share.
- Use the chat assistant to produce harmful or abusive content, or to try to manipulate it or extract its instructions.
- Upload or transmit malware.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, code, text, graphics, and logo belong to ARQ-DevTech or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it. Please don’t copy, republish, or redistribute its content without permission. Other companies’ names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners.
What you send us
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it to respond to you, assess your project, and, for feedback, to improve the site and our services. We won’t publicly attribute your feedback to you by name without your permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to other websites and uses third-party services, such as Google for the chat assistant. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to your particular purpose. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ARQ-DevTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Liability for client projects is set out in the applicable written agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Suspending access
We may limit or block access to the site or to features such as the chat assistant if we believe these terms are being broken or to protect the security of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ARQ-DevTech is established, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, please email us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live are not affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
