Privacy Policy
Last updated September 21, 2026
This policy explains what personal information ARQ-DevTech (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written around how this site actually works, not as boilerplate.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site.
- Project inquiry form. Your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, project type, project description, timeline, and budget range.
- AI chat assistant. The messages you type. If you share your name, email, budget, and what you want built, we also save those details and a short summary of the conversation so we can follow up.
- Feedback widget. Your message and rating, plus your name and email if you choose to add them.
- Email. Anything you send us directly, including your email address.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for security and reliability. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or estimate.
- To notify us by email when a new inquiry, chat lead, or feedback message arrives.
- To operate the chat assistant and the rest of the site.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse or spam.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
The AI chat assistant
The chat assistant is powered by Google’s Gemini API. When you send a message, the recent conversation is sent to Google to generate a reply and to work out whether you’ve given us enough detail to follow up. Google processes that content under its own terms and privacy policy.
Please don’t share passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive data in the chat. We don’t keep the full transcript; we store only the contact and project details described above, and a short summary, and only when you have provided them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry, chat-lead, and feedback records only as long as we need them to respond and manage the relationship, and conduct ordinary business operations, unless we are working together or the law requires us to keep them longer. Email correspondence may be kept for as long as needed for a project and for ordinary business records.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections and keeping service credentials on the server rather than in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these, email ar.dev.tech47@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where data protection laws can differ. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The “last updated” date above will change, and we will make any significant changes clear on this page.
