Custom Workflow Automation & Internal Tools
We build internal tools and workflow automation that remove the manual, repetitive work slowing a team down. The result is shaped around how you already operate, rather than asking your team to change how they work.
What this covers
Workflow automation with n8n and webhooks
Multi-step workflows that move data between your tools, trigger on events and handle errors, built with n8n or custom code depending on what suits the job.
API integrations
Connections between the systems you already use, such as your store, CRM, spreadsheets, email and payment providers.
Internal tools
Admin panels, review queues and dashboards that replace copy-and-paste routines and shared spreadsheets.
AI-assisted steps
Where it helps, steps such as classifying, summarising or drafting can be added to a workflow, with a person still approving anything important.
When this is the right fit
- The same data is typed into two or three systems by hand.
- Orders, leads or support requests wait for someone to move them to the next step.
- A spreadsheet has quietly become the system your business depends on.
How we approach it
Map the process as it is
We follow the work as your team does it today, including the exceptions, before deciding what to automate.
Automate the stable parts first
Predictable, repeated steps come first. Judgement calls stay with people until the rules are clear.
Make failures visible
Workflows log what they did and alert someone when a step fails, so problems are caught instead of silently dropped.
Technologies we use for this
- n8n
- Webhooks
- REST APIs
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Next.js
Frequently asked questions
- Should we use n8n or custom code?
- n8n is a good fit for connecting existing tools quickly and for workflows your team may want to adjust themselves. Custom code is better when the logic is complex, performance matters, or the workflow is part of your product.
- What kinds of work can be automated?
- Repetitive, rule-based work that moves information between systems: order handling, lead routing, reporting, notifications and data clean-up are common examples.
- How long does an automation project take?
- A single focused workflow can often be built in one to two weeks. Larger internal tools take longer, in line with our usual two-to-eight-week range depending on scope.
