The Problem
The agency wanted to license their storefront platform to partners under a 'Powered By' model, but every existing option meant either a full separate deployment per partner (expensive, slow to provision) or a shared instance with real risk of one tenant's data leaking into another's.
The Solution
Built a proper multi-tenant architecture on a single codebase with isolated tenant data at the database layer, automated per-tenant deploys via Turborepo, and a partner dashboard for usage and billing — new partners go live in minutes, not weeks, with no shared-instance data risk.
