Women's fashion e-commerce, built to convert
This is an illustrative sample project that shows how we approach this kind of build. It is not a client engagement, and it does not report real results.
The Problem
The client's previous storefront couldn't handle real-world catalog complexity — every size/color/fabric combination needed its own product listing, causing catalog bloat, slow search, and a checkout flow that broke whenever stock levels changed mid-session.
The Solution
Rebuilt the storefront around a custom variant engine that models combinations as attributes on a single product record instead of duplicate listings — cutting catalog size dramatically while keeping search and filtering fast, with checkout state reconciled against live inventory rather than a stale snapshot.
